Robert Squire

PRESIDENT & CO-FOUNDER:

Robert Squire brings over 15 years of management experience to Aprexis having built multiple startup businesses in online health care and education. As the Co-Founder of InnovationRx, Robert, along with his partner Sean Teare, oversaw the development of the company from concept thru product launch to revenue and steered the management buy-out of InnovationRx from its parent company, The Innovation Group (LSE:TiG). Previously, Robert founded KidzMedia, Inc. an interactive education company that built web-based tools to assist children with their school work. Robert was responsible for product design, as well as the overall strategic direction and operation of the company. Robert’s strengths lie in implementing sustainable operations around businesses concepts in general and online education programs, specifically. In addition, Robert has served as the Vice President of Business Development for CWS, a California-based recycling company and was instrumental in building this business within six years from an initial concept to the fourth largest environmental firm in Los Angeles. Robert received his BA from The University of Vermont.

Nancy Bundek, PH.D, SVP

CLINICAL DEVELOPMENT & CO-FOUNDER:

Nancy Bundek has over 20 years experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of evidence-based care management systems that focus on patient adherence. She leads development of the clinical components of Aprexis Health Solutions’. At InnovationRx, Nancy was responsible for overseeing the creation of the company’s adherence modules and development of the company’s care management software systems. Prior to joining InnovationRx, she served as Vice President of Clinical Services at iCare Health Monitoring, a provider of in-home care monitoring services to elderly patients. At iCare, she had responsibility for clinical product development, market research, outcomes research, and new business development. As Director of New Product Development for Walgreens Health Initiatives, Nancy led a team of clinical pharmacists that created pharmacist-directed clinical programs to improve patient adherence with complicated medication protocols. Nancy was also affiliated with Pfizer Health Solutions, the disease management subsidiary of Pfizer Inc. At Pfizer, she had responsibility for both clinical and outcomes research, supporting new business development with the national accounts team. Nancy earned a Ph.D. in Preventive Medicine from the University of Southern California, School of Medicine, and has an undergraduate degree in Business.

Rob Hansen

COO:

With over 15 years consulting to management on operational, information technology, and accounting issues, Robert brings a wealth of experience to the Aprexis management team. Having spent the majority of his career with Deloitte Consulting, a global management consultancy, he has extensive experience in accounting, operations, and IT, focused on leveraging technology to create robust, efficient business processes both within and across companies. In this capacity, he served such fortune 500 companies as Johnson & Johnson, Cardinal Health, and Wal-Mart as well smaller, fast-growing companies, assisting them with technology strategies, business process design / improvement, the implementation of enterprise systems, and overall program management. Most recently, Robert held the position of Vice President at the Innovation Group (LSE: TiG), a leading, global BPO provider serving the insurance industry, managing the integration of acquired companies and then leading one of the acquired business units. Robert holds a BA from Middlebury College and an MBA from Boston College.

Drew Rabidoux, LCSW

DIRECTOR, CLINICAL SERVICES:

Drew has responsibility for the Clinical Services unit of Aprexis Health Solutions. Her professional experiences include nearly 10 years in management and hands-on social work positions. Most recently, she managed the Mobile Medical Unit program in a bi-lingual AIDS Care Center in Westchester, New York. She has held other positions within the healthcare arena that have relied on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to effect patient behavior change. Drew spent two years in the Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic, where she specialized in delivery of needed services to HIV/AIDS patients and coordinated a network of organizations to improve access to Medication for AIDS patients.

She earned her Master of Social Work degree from Yeshiva University in New York, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont.
