Company History
Aprexis Health Solutions was founded by Dr. Nancy Bundek, Sean Teare and Robert Squire to bring a clinically-driven, scalable, and customizable solution to the issues of adherence to medication and other medical treatments. We saw the pressing need to find a solution to these problems which would offer significant benefits for every stake holder in the health care industry.
Development of the Aprexis service was built during the company’s initial incarnation, when it operated under the name, InnovationRx - a subsidiary of Innovation Group, a leading provider of business process outsourcing to the international insurance industry (LSE:TiG).
After successfully developing and launching the business, the founders initiated a management buy-out of the company, branded the new venture Aprexis Health Solutions and re-introduced itself to the marketplace.
